Return Exchange Policy
Barefoot Stitches is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund the original price of purchase or exchange your purchase within 2 weeks of the original order. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted on engraved or monogrammed merchandise unless damaged or due to a monogramming error made by Barefoot Stitches.

We make every effort to keep the website updated but may sell out of an item before we can update the site. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24 hours to give you approximate ship dates of the backordered items, or give you the option to cancel the order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax added to your order will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes to orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania where the tax rate is 7%.

Order Cancellation and Changes
To cancel or change an order, call 412-563-7221. We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change an order once it has gone into production.
